Interior Design Services for both residential and commercial spaces are quoted based on the client’s project and needs. Services are broken down by these phases:
Design Consultation & Development
This includes determining the clients needs and budgeting, preliminary designs, preliminary space planning, colors and lighting & electrical planning. A submission of these preliminary concepts is presented to the client through sketches and color concept boards.
Design
During this phase the design is finalized and construction documents are completed to not only start the construction phase but to obtain required permits and L&I approval for commercial spaces. Selection of all furniture, fixtures, fabrics and equipment are specified. This includes drawings and details of custom furniture and window treatments, as well as lighting, art, and accessories.
Project Management
Ordering, processing and expedition of furnishings and equipment occur during this phase as well as merchandise inspection. Construction coordination occurs and is carried out as well as the installation of fixtures and furnishings. We are there to make sure everything is finalized with the highest attention to detail.
*All interior design projects come with a free two hours of hands on styling in your space upon project completion to make sure every little detail is in place.
